The Specialty Track page is used to submit completed Specialty Tracks for commander
approval.
To Submit a Specialty Track...
- Select the desired member from the "Select a Member" drop down.

Below will apear the member's CAPID, organization, approved and
pending Specialty Tracks.

Select the desired Specialty Track from the “Specialty Track” drop down.

Select whether if the member has completed all requirements for the selected Specialty
Track.

Select a Specialty Track rating from the “Rating” drop down.
- Select or enter the date the Specialty Track was completed into the “Date Completed” field.
- Click the “Submit” button to submit the Specialty Track for approval.
Additional Notes:
- To clear mistakes and all fields, click the "Clear" button.

After submitting a Specialty Track, the track will appear in the selected member's
“Specialty Tracks Pending Approval” grid.

An email will then be sent to the appropriate Commander for approval.

The submitter of the Specialty Track will also receive an email notification when the Commander has approved or disapproved the Specialty Track.

If the Specialty Track is disapproved, the Commander’s email address will be included in the email so that you may contact them to discuss any
concerns about their decision.

The Specialty Track will remain in the “Specialty Tracks Pending Approval” grid until it is approved by the
Commander, at which time it will be transferred to the member' s “Current Specialty Track” grid.

If the Specialty Track is disapproved, it will be deleted from the “Pending Approval Specialty Tracks” grid.
All disapproved Specialty Tracks may be resubmitted at any time.

Cadet Programs Specialty Track, please contact Membership Services at 1-877-227-9142 for assistance..

The Command Specialty Track can be submitted only by Wing and Region Commanders.
